Breakfast
Our buffet breakfast is always complimentary and consists of hot and cold items, fruits, a great selection of hot and cold drinks, as well as organic options and options for those with allergies.
Opening hours is from 07:00 - 10:00
Dinner
Spisesalen is our main restaurant. Our main focus is Norwegian produce with a distinctly international take. Our key occasion is dinner – the magnificent 3-course menu can be found at the hotel’s front desk. With a vibrant, ever-changing homemade menu (choose from meat, fish or vegetarian options on request), up to 400 guests are spoilt for choice every night.
In addition to Spisesalen, there are two smaller dining rooms – Komponisten (Grieg’s dining room), and equally delectable, Meteorologen (cabinet minister Nils Hertzberg’s dining room), – bringing the total capacity to 500.

Breakfast: 07.00 to 10.00
from Monday to Sunday.
